Mental Health and Transition Age Youth: Preparing for the Future

This PACER webinar highlights how youth development professionals can work effectively with transition age youth (14-21) with mental health challenges, their families and IEP teams to identify their transition needs and work towards their post-secondary education, employment, and community living goals. Special emphasis is on person-centered planning and utilizing community-based resources and services.
