people dont understand how bad bulliying affects people whether if your the target or the bystander watching the bullying. personaly i have been in the postion of getting bullied and yes it does hurt but that doesnt give people a right to make someones life miserable just because they dont like them or they have something that someone else dosent have. no ones life is better than someone elses. stand up against it and do something and if YOUR doing the bullying then stop doing it!!!!

I was scared of going to school because of bullying. But now I am part of a Bully Provention Club and now I help others that were in my position. Try to start a Bully Provention Club at your school and help others in your position. I wanted to make a difference and now I did and there is going to be bullying all around the world but soon there will be no bullies around the world. One step against bullying. Is one leap for the people who got bullied.

mike, 11, California

i was bulled because of my hair

emily, 13,

One of my best friends was scared out of his school because he was threatened. A football player looked at him and threatened to kill him because he was gay. It scard my friend so much that he wouldn't give up his name. He just transfered schools. He used to be so proud of who he is. He's not proud anymore. And he should be.
I've always been against bullying, and tried to fight against it, but this situation with my friend has really opened up my eyes to how BIG of a problem is it. He is why I'm standing up. Because no one, whether straight, gay, overweight, underweight, mentally handicapped, black, white, no matter who they are, NO ONE deserves to be bullied. That's why I care. And that's why I'm fighting for them.~
