This 2015 webinar provides an overview of Minnesota’s new career-focused Personal Learning Plans, now required for all MN secondary students. Presenters from the Minnesota Department of Education introduce viewers to the eight required areas of a plan and provide information on how to coordinate these plans with the Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and transition planning goals of special education students.
