These funds do not count as assets of the person with the disability, and therefore do not jeopardize their governmental benefits (SSI, MA, etc.). Arc trust offers the security and confidence parents (and others) want for their loved oneís future. Arc manages the trust and oversees the financial management of the pooled funds. The program is family friendly, affordable and reliable.
