PACER is initiating a new Baby Welcome Project to help new parents of children with disabilities.

Through the Baby Welcome Project, PACER seeks to:

  • Create a Parent to Parent support network for new parents of babies and young children with disabilities.
  • Provide new parents with the resources they need to help their child reach their full potential.
  • Increase awareness of new parents, health, and community professionals about the importance of early childhood intervention.
