PACER Center workshop focuses on transition planning for youth with disabilities

- Strategies from the Minnesota Department of Education on secondary transition planning and efforts to track and measure student outcomes
- Opportunities for employment assistance provided by Minnesota’s Vocational Rehabilitation program
- Local resources
