PACER Center offers visual strategies workshop
PACER Center is offering “Implementing Visual Strategies,” a free workshop for parents of children with autism or other disabilities and professionals. It is on Tuesday, April 14, 2009, from 6 to 9 p.m. at PACER Center, 8161 Normandale Blvd., Bloomington, Minn. Advance registration is requested.
Participants will learn strategies for implementing a variety of visual strategy tools that support students with autism and other disabilities.
An open lab to practice using the tools also is available May 19 from 5 to 7 p.m. at PACER. Advanced registration is requested.
