It is on Saturday, April 25, 2009, from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., at PACER Center, 8161 Normandale Blvd., Bloomington, Minn. Advance registration by April 10 is required.
Parents will have an opportunity to network with other parents, enhance leadership skills, and learn how to influence public policy for young children with disabilities.
