MN PIRC offers parent involvement workshop series

MN PIRC is offering “Learning at Home,” a free workshop for parents of children in public school. It is on Tuesday, Feb. 10, 2009, from 7 to 8:30 p.m., at Maplewood Library, 3025 Southlawn Dr., Maplewood, Minn. Registration is not required.

Participants will discover strategies to help their children with homework and other learning tasks.
