PACER Center's 4th Annual Family Fun Day is Feb. 8
A day of play for children of all abilities, presented by LearningRx
PACER Center, which provides information, support, and resources to families of children with disabilities and special health care needs, offers a wacky day of play for children of all disabilities on Sunday, Feb. 8, from 2 to 4 p.m. at the Lindbergh Center in Minnetonka.
Family Fun Day is a great opportunity for families with children of all ages and abilities to enjoy each other’s company. Children and their parents will be assigned to teams that will venture together through a maze of games and activities led by Captain PACER.
At the end, each child goes home a winner with a medal, their team’s bandanna, and a treat compliments of Dairy Queen. New this year is a Creative Art Station, sponsored by All About Children Pediatrics in Eden Prairie, www.allaboutchildren.net.
PACER Center is a parent center for families of children and youth with any disability. PACER provides individualized assistance, workshops, publications, and other resources to help families make decisions about education and other services for their child with disabilities.
