MN PIRC offers parent involvement workshop series
MN PIRC is offering “Helping Your Child Succeed at School,” a free workshop series for parents of children in public school. Both workshops are on Thursdays from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. at Rondo Community Outreach Library, 461 N. Dale St., St. Paul, Minn. Registration is not required. Participants may attend either or both of the following:

Discover strategies to help your child with homework and other learning tasks.
Making Schools Better, Mar. 26, 2009
Learn about parents’ rights and responsibilities to be involved in school planning, review, and improvement.
