I Care Because
I care because I went through it in Middle and some in Highschool. I care because I saw people stand on the sidelines some laughing some just staying quiet. I care because I want to help others and not let them go through the pain and tourment I went through. I care because no one deservise to go through that. I care because you are worth it. I care because I can gladly say that it will get better. My life has made a turn for the better. Why? Because I did not stand on the side lines and watch someone bully others I stepped in and helped causing a chain reaction for them to get the courage to help somone else. I care because you can make a diffrence. :)

I care about people. Nobody needs someone highlighting the imperfections they already see.

Right now, my school is doing some anti-bullying projects. Bullying doesn't have to be physical, emotional, or cyber. It can also be social. What I mean is, leaving someone out is also considered bullying. I've been bullied a lot this year and I want to feel like I fit in. Girls will look over at me and start to whisper and laugh, and when I try to hang out with them, they just completely ignore me. I don't want anyone else to feel this way.. It hurts really bad.

I'm an adult and am being bullied by a group of women who have never met me. I've never spoken to them or written about them. I laugh it off, but now they are posting lies about my middle school kid just to get to me. Just because people get older doesn't mean they grow up. I'm fortunate enough to have a support system of friends and family so I'm confident enough to stand up to these women. For those of you who aren't to that point yet, hang in there. The behavior is a reflection of the bully, not you. Please talk to someone you trust if you feel the need to self harm.(I've been there.)
