I Care Because

I'm an adult and am being bullied by a group of women who have never met me. I've never spoken to them or written about them. I laugh it off, but now they are posting lies about my middle school kid just to get to me.

Just because people get older doesn't mean they grow up.

I'm fortunate enough to have a support system of friends and family so I'm confident enough to stand up to these women. For those of you who aren't to that point yet, hang in there. The behavior is a reflection of the bully, not you. Please talk to someone you trust if you feel the need to self harm.(I've been there.)

the smallest words can scarr us for life internally because It's a long and hard process to pick up all the peices of a broken heart, that is why i think hearts should just be full of joy and love x <3

Bullying made me feel awful about myself each and everyday, so I really care about this movement. I hope every teenager will have the chance to appreciate themselves.

bullying causes a lot of physical and mental harm

I am a School Social Worker and I work with high school students in a Special Education Program. I see students with different abilities every day and I care about each and every one of them. I look at my students and see their strengths, but so many others do not do that. My students have been harassed, teased and bullied for being different for virtually their whole lives. It makes me sad and angry that I cannot do more to help prevent it.

Somebody has to.

im poor,so yes i am made fun of. im chubby,so yes i am made fun of. i am short, so ya they make fun of me. i am very insecure and have scars from cutting. it hurts more because i dont really have someone or anyone to talk to. i want to talk about it, but the way they might react doesnt set well in my stomache. so i keep to myself. i try so hard to be strong and ignore the rude comments. but you cant ignore. it all just piles up in your brain and finally you break down crying. ive shed so many tears,i dont think i have any left to cry out. so,i care because it has and still is effecting me,horribly.
